It’s annoying because if we weren’t sure that this was what we wanted, we wouldn’t have taken this chance. The couscous was different from what I am used to. Our Cubano unites these two iconic flavors, then teams them with our mortadella on a soft roll, pressed and toasted into a melty, ridiculously satisfying sandwich. It also adds a rich caramel brown colour to food. This sauce was made for pasta and is one of my favorite sauces. My sister told her that she could not eat it, because she saw her make it with no gloves on.
